This boat is legal for 12 people with a maximum weight of unknown lbs onboard with gear, coolers and all other items brought onboard.
May not be operated from 30 minutes prior to official sunset to 30 min after official sunrise. The Navigation lights and anchor light are disabled

We recommend completing the online boater safety course and comply with all regulations set by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The watercraft can only be operated by the person who signed the rental agreement. Do not operate the watercraft at night or within restricted areas.
Watercrafts are hours of fun but can be dangerous. Please follow all watercraft safety regulations outlined by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Per state regulations, anyone born on or before September 1, 1993 must complete a Boater Education course. We suggest all participants complete the safety course to prevent any accidents or mishaps.
